What is Alium?​

Alium provides zero-party buyer intelligence — structured interviews with enterprise technology buyers that capture vendor opinions, tech stack details, renewal/cancel plans, and strategic priorities. This intelligence is published as searchable transcripts and AI-generated summaries that sales, customer success, and marketing teams use for revenue, retention, and competitive insights.

API Reference​

The REST API lets you search and retrieve transcripts programmatically. Use it to pull buyer intelligence into your own applications, dashboards, or data pipelines.

Webhooks​

Receive real-time notifications when new transcripts are published. Webhooks push data to your systems automatically, so you don't need to poll the API.

Zapier Integration​

Connect Alium to 6,000+ apps with no code. Automatically send new transcripts to Slack, CRMs, spreadsheets, and more using Alium's native Zapier integration.

Getting started​

  1. Get your API key — Create an agent seat and issue its API key under Account → Agent Seats.
  2. Check your access — API access requires the vendor_api feature flag. Contact support if you receive 403 Forbidden.
  3. Make your first request — Try the transcript search endpoint to query your buyer intelligence library.
